I am a provider qualified to complete all “second assessor” transition-related surgery assessments for OHIP funding applications and practice by the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) Standards of Care.

I live and work in Treaty 1 Territory, on the traditional lands of the Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota and Dene peoples, homeland of the Métis Nation, with water sourced from Shoal Lake 40 First Nation.
